About Us

NEXT STEP ORGANIZER – STACEY KAPE

Stacey Kape is a co-owner of Next Step Organizing Services and holds a Bachelor of Social Work from McGill University.

After finishing her degree in Social Work, Stacey worked as a geriatric social worker, both in long-term chronic care homes for seniors, as well as with seniors in the community. From this experience, Stacey understands that seniors and their families need to have safety and functional order to achieve the best quality of life in their living environment. Stacey’s compassion and listening skills are invaluable when she works with her clients, helping them to right-size or relocate their homes. Stacey has experience assisting with difficult moves and decluttering homes and brings a well-developed understanding of her clients’ individual needs to her work as a professional organizer.

Stacey is an active volunteer in her children’s school and has chaired and organized several philanthropic events in the community. She is a member of the Professional Organizers in Canada.

NEXT STEP ORGANIZER – NICOLE SHAPRAY

Nicole Shapray is a co-owner of Next Step Organizing Services and holds a Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of Alberta.

With over ten years of teaching experience in the classroom, Nicole has worked with students and their families teaching them strategies and methods of organization, as well as its value and purpose in creating a stress-free and ordered life. Nicole is an avid planner, detail oriented and passionate about using her organizational skills to create structure, continuity and serenity both in and out of the home.

In addition to her work as a teacher, Nicole has experience managing home renovations and relocations. She has a keen understanding of the tasks and steps involved in making a move and the emotions and challenges that come with it. Using her knowledge and expertise, Nicole is able to provide solutions to her clients’ needs, giving them support and assistance in taking their “next step”, whether it be downsizing, relocating or rightsizing their homes.

Nicole is proud to work in the community, organizing and managing minor hockey teams and divisions. She is also a member of the Professional Organizers in Canada.
